In one line: the details you send are used to answer you and to help with any readiness work you ask for, and nothing else.
Who we are
csrbill.co.uk is run by CyPro Ltd, a UK cyber security consultancy. CyPro is the data controller for any personal information you provide through this hub.
What we collect and why
If you send an enquiry or book a discovery call, we hold what you type in: your name, work email, company, phone number and your message. We use those two ways only: to reply to you, and to shape or carry out any readiness work you go on to request. We add you to no mailing list unless you opt in, and we never sell your details to anyone.
Cookies
By default this hub sets no cookies. Where an analytics banner appears, nothing is stored until you choose to accept, and any cookies that follow only tell us which pages people find useful.
Spam protection
To keep the enquiry form free of automated abuse we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs an unobtrusive check as you submit. Distinguishing a person from a bot can draw on technical signals such as your IP address and browser details, handled under Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum governs that processing.
How long we keep enquiry data
We keep enquiry details only for as long as the exchange, or any work that comes from it, actually needs. Once that has passed, we delete them under CyPro Ltd's retention schedule.
Your rights
UK GDPR gives you the right to see the personal data we hold, to have it corrected or erased, and to object to or restrict how we process it. Make any such request via the contact page and we will action it promptly.
